Dear Mr. Pulliam,

I want to write and let you know what a great experience I had with the Pulliam Home Remodeling company replacing my roof and siding on my house.  Mr. Laurence Clair was very pleasant about coming out and discussing in detail what the construction crew would do to my home.  I told him about a color for the siding I like on a house around the corner from me and he drove around the block and matched the siding color with his samples.  He also took the time to bring me a large piece of vinyl siding railing that I wanted for my porch.  It was exactly what I wanted.  No other company was willing to tackle the task.  Finally, when the workers could not show one day, Laurence called to let me know.  I appreciated this gesture. 

The roofers seemed very pleasant (though they did not speak) they didn't take any breaks either.  The vinyl siding crew was great.  They were a group of pleasant young men that seemed to get along with each other and work "as a team."  The crew of Leon, Ben, Brad, and Paul were always nice about listening to my concerns and wants.  Though I don't know the vinyl siding business, as they do, they listened to all my stories I had heard about siding overlapping a certain way, about cleaning the vinyl, and on and on and on.  Leon was wonderful crew leader, as he asked his coworkers to do certain things in a professional, not demeaning manner.  In other words, I felt the workers respected each other and thus would do a super job, which they did.  Terry also helped to deliver materials and take them away.  I personally was impressed with how well orchestrated everything appeared to be. I will highly recommend Pulliam to all my friends and neighbors.  In fact, several neighbors have stopped to comment how great my house looks!

You have some fine workers, Mr. Pulliam.  You should be very proud of them in a time when several people do not seem to care to much about anything.

As a retired Army Colonel I've written hundreds of letters of commendation for men in my command.  It is with great pleasure that I write to you commending your men for the excellent work they did in our home.  Beginning with Randy Newton, who made the initial estimate, a super and very professional gentleman, we then meet your foreman, Leon Melvin and his crew.  John Bose, Ben Duvall, and Brad Crosby, were always cheerful and business like.  They were always busy and courteous as the wen about the jobs at hand.  As if by magic, the tasks were completed in a neat and timely fashion.  Jim, who did the drywall, should also be recognized for his smooth finishing touches.  And Debbie, a great and efficient person who kept all coordinated, our special thanks to you.  In short you have a great crew as I'm sure you know, one in which you can be very proud.

It has been a pleasure working with Pulliam during our window replacement process.

I appreciated the time you spent with me, offering suggestions, demonstrating the window features, and accurately measuring for the estimate.  Most of the windows were not standard, and you offered suggestions, helpful to me, while I decided just exactly what I wanted.  When I made changes, you seemed happy to accommodate me, and then came to my home in person with the proposal.

Your prices were the best of 7 companies consulted for estimates.  Your Simonton Windows are high quality and offer all the features a I needed and more.  The total job was covered by the original estimate, without any hidden costs or additional charges.

The installers were careful, neat, pleasant, and accommodating.  If any question came up, I was always consulted, and there were no surprises.  I appreciated the care the 3 installers took with the outside and inside of my home during the 3-day installation.  There were very considerate, polite, and professional.

Finally, I would like to say that my husband and I are very satisfied with the results, and we have received many complimentary comments from our neighbors.  Thank you for a job well done.

Dear Mr. Pulliam,

My wife and I wanted to send your office thanks and compliments for the remodeling work done on our house.  We wanted to thank Laurence Clair (the sales representative), and also Leon and his installation crew.  We are completely satisfied with the work they performed.  The workmanship is excellent.  The crew knew we had dogs at the house, and they picked up the construction debris at the end of every workday, including nails.  This was appreciated so that there was nothing our dogs could get into in the back yard of our house.  The crew hauled away chimney, enclosed our soffetts, fascia boards, installed new insulation behind the new siding, replaced all of our windows (except two, at our request), and capped all the exposed wood surfaces and corners.  Our house looks totally different and vastly improved.  The new windows and new insulation have improved the operation of our air conditioner also.
